CLARK JOINS NES AS VICE PRESIDENT -- SOUTHWESTERN DIVISION

Industry veteran joins sales team of fast-growing firm

CLEVELAND,OH-February, 2002 - Ernest R. Pollak today announced the appointment of Jack H. Clark to Vice President - Southwestern Division., NES. Clark, a 15-year veteran and key player in the debt collection industry, will be charged with continuing to grow one of the highest potential areas in the country and a key focus in the NES growth plan.

"I expect Jack's entry into our company to be seamless and am confident that I will see results rather quickly as Jack is a seasoned professional with great leadership and management experience," commented Pollak. Jack Clark joins NES following a four-year stint with one the largest credit corporations in the nation. Previously, he was with General Revenue Corporation for eight years. Jack is a 1971 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Business. He is a member of the National Council for Higher Education Loan Programs and ACA.
