NES GROWS BUSINESS SIGNIFICANTLY DURING FIRST YEAR IN SOLON LOCATION AND INCREASES SPACE AND RESOURCES

First-year anniversary brings additional square footage and employee count

CLEVELAND, OH -- March, 2002 -- In the year since this leading collection management firm has relocated to the 24,587 square foot facility at 29125 Solon Road, business has increased so significantly that it has necessitated expansion in the same facility by 13,000 square feet. The same factors that led to a move one year ago are reflected in this new surge of business opportunity. According to NES President, Ernest R. Pollak, "As we continue to stay on course with refinements in technology, we are realizing continued market share penetration which has given us great new opportunities. Our existing loyal customer base continues to rely on us for their collection needs and at the same time we are forging new relationships in the areas of financial services, wireless technology and other markets."

The employee base at NES has increased 30% since the move in Spring, 2001 and more than tripled in the last five years. On March 1, 2002, NES management hosted its annual Company Awards Recognition banquet where superior performance, dedication, initiative and leadership skills were acknowledged in both the internal administrative, collection and outside sales arena.
