EXPANDING BUSINESS REQUIRES
NEW ADDITION, BUILDING

NES expands current facility, will add another to accommodate growth

CLEVELAND, OH -- August, 2004 -- Because of increased demand from current clients and from prospective customers, NES will soon lease a second facility and has completed an addition to its current building. Employee headcount will expand significantly, and could bring an additional 100 jobs to the Solon market by year's end.

The moves come in response to the explosive growth of NES' client base. NES has added many new clients during the last year and is, on average, receiving more business from each client. The company's strong performance, low cost, and excellent service are the primary motivators among clients, who are confident in NES' abilities and are entrusting ever-larger portions of their portfolios with the company.

"NES is at a unique moment in its history," said Ernest R. Pollak, NES President. "Corporations and Institutions are recognizing our excellent performance and service and are giving us more and more business. NES is expanding significantly in response to this recognition."

NES recently finished a 10,000 square foot addition to its current facility, bringing its total to 50,000 square feet. NES' second location will be of a similar size and is located within walking distance of the other facility. The additional area will allow NES to nearly double its headcount and will allow NES to maintain its excellent performance and service while adding new clients.

NES plans to add employees at a moderate pace to help ensure proper training and the overall quality of its personnel. All new employees will complete NES' rigorous training program and will be held to the same high standards that has lead to NES' success.
